The incumbent will be responsible for all plant related HR and Administration activities which include
- Training & Development,
- Implementation of HR & Admin policies,
- Taking care of general administration related tasks,
- Local liaison,
- Statutory compliance and
- Other tasks as assigned from time-to-time.
Required Candidate profile
- Must have done his or her post graduation with HRM as the major subject.
- The applicant should possess minimum 8 years experience in a manufacturing set up, preferably in building materials or engineering industry.
- The applicant should be thorough with employment laws.
- The applicant should be fluent in English. Should be able to support Operations and Business Teams on a proactive basis.
- The applicant should have handled the liaison role also in addition to HR and Administration. Those who got exposed to green-field project set ups will have distinct advantage.
