Ingredients of 3-Ingredients Grilled Chicken
- 500 gms Chicken Chunks
- 1 tsp Tandoori Chicken Masala
- 1/2 cup Hung Curd
How to Make 3-Ingredients Grilled Chicken
1.Wash chicken chunks and pat them dry before marinating.
2.In a bowl, add curd that has been hung for at least 15 minutes and then add tandoori masala to it.
3.Mix everything together properly and let this marinate for a minimum of an hour.
4.Once done, heat a thick bottomed pan and roast the chicken chunks in medium-high flame for 15 minutes each on both sides.
5.You may brush the chicken chunks with ghee for that extra glossy look.
6.Serve with mint chutney and enjoy!
