She is adept at facilitating diverse collaborations within national and local medical, home and community health, and academic organizations. Ms. Mayo has developed and managed large operating budgets and executed a full range of business functions for national Easterseals and Easterseals New Jersey. At The Arc of Monmouth, she executed a business systems change to position the organization for Medicaid fee-for-service reimbursement. While at San Francisco State University, she established operational excellence at three academic research service organizations. As a management consultant, she has a proven track record procuring $MM+ in new and continuation grants.
